William is a Bay Area DJ who has worked with As You Like It since 2010. He maintained a residency at ExYo at Wish in San Francisco and at Zughaus Gallery in Berkeley. His inviting take on dance music explores deeper, melodic sounds with an appreciation for unpredictable rhythms and plenty of bass.
He has played for many favorite local crews beyond AYLI, including Direct to Earth, Housepitality, The Boombox Affair, Forward, Werd, Qoöl, Bubble, SET, and Sound Department. Some of William’s highlights include warming up for Ripperton, Max Cooper, Maayan Nidam & Konrad Black, Alex from Tokyo, Henry Saiz, Matthew Dekay & Silicone Soul, Sishi Rösch, and Tiger & Woods. William’s respect for the local scene pushes him to discover new music and share the unique sounds he loves.
