His DJ carrer started in 1995 and his first Gig was at the Legendary "The Gathering" in the San Francisco Bay Area. His musical styles include all genres of House music ranging from Deep to tech to Minimal. Presently Adnan Sharif is the resident dj and promoter of Forward, A monthly that take place in Underground Locations and Clubs in SF. In late 2000 Adnan Sharif began his journey into music production. BodyrockDJs (Ben and Marcus) (NinjaSkillz/QuietlyFreakin.com) About BodyrockDJs: The Bodyrock DJs have gleaned a unique sound, having spent a combined 26 years clubbing/partying, sometimes five nights a week. Being record shop junkies, beat fanatics, and bodyrockin' dancers, the BodyRock DJs have been compelled to make people move. Notorious for arriving early and staying late they have grasped the concept of crowd control, in regards to DJing the right stuff at the right time. Disenchanted with out-of-town-big-name DJs the BodyRock DJs aspire to do more with their mixing. A blend of funky house, breakbeats, hard house, and party jams, keeps the crowd anticipating. Whether it's a basement house party, a rave, or a giant club the BodyRock DJs prove time and again that people want to dance and vibe with the DJs. Without egos, pretentiousness, or carelessness the goal of the BodyRock DJs is to give their heart and souls into the mix, every mix. Mappoint closes at Midnight. Music starts at 9pm. This is an outdoor camping event in the Los Angeles area. No fires will be permitted as the area is prone to forest fires. Tents are encouraged. Dressing warm is encouraged because it can get chilly, but we have an indoor dancefloor as well, so it will be comfortable all night. Feel free to bring water and food to share with everyone else, we don't have vendors selling anything. What you bring you should be prepared to take home with you. That means, don't drop cigarette butts and trash on the ground. If you do drop it, PICK IT UP. We like to leave the venue cleaner than when we arrived and the more you don't leave on the ground, the easier that goal is achieved. Forest Adventure passes are required by the forest service to be able to park a vehicle in the area we have chosen for this year's event. They can be purchased at many stores along the route to the mappoint, and even right at the mappoint.
